1. DO I NEED TO SIGN UP FOR AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP?

You can choose to sign up for a new account or sign up via your Facebook account. Otherwise, you may also proceed to checkout as a guest. However, we strongly recommend that you take some time to sign up with us to be able to track your orders and access your order history. Your details such as shipping and billing address will also be stored in our secured database, so you do not have to re-key the same details every time you shop with us.

 


2. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER SUBMITTING?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or change your order once they have been submitted. We strongly advise you to carefully review and modify your order before you click on Place Order. Please place a new order for the new item.

 


3. CAN I ORDER FROM ORENSPORT.COM AND PICK IT UP AT ANY OREN SPORT BRANCHES?

We are truly sorry that we are unable to cater this request at this moment.

We are only delivering to Malaysia and Singapore address at this moment.

7. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS THAT I PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER RETAILER?

We only accept returns for items purchased from orensport.com. If the items were purchased elsewhere, please contact the retailer to complete your return or exchange.

 

 

8. WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IN MY ORDER IS NOT AVAILABLE?

If an item you have purchased is unavailable, we will inform you via email or phone call from our customer service team.

 


9. WHAT IS OREN SPORT COUPON CODE?

Oren Sport coupon codes are codes that can be applied to your order to receive a discount. 

 


10. WHY MY COUPON CODE DID NOT WORK?

Our system will always recognize valid coupon codes. If the discount has not been reflected in your order total, it is very likely that the code was entered incorrectly, or the code has expired, or certain conditions have not been met. Coupon codes can only be redeemed during the placement of orders and we are unable to apply or amend once the order has been placed.
